Debbie, Patient Coordinator
Debbie is the patient schedule coordinator at Justa Farm Dental. She has been with the practice for 24 years and feels like the patients are an extension of her own family. "I take great pride in establishing relationships with the patients and their families and helping them feel part of our dental family. I know how busy everyone is in their professional and personal lives and I try to work out an appointment time that works into their schedule. If you as a patient have an emergency or a dental concern we will always find time to accommodate you and to make sure you are comfortable." Joan, Office Manager
Joan has been in the dental field for 30 years and has been at Justa Farm Dental for 21 years. She is the practice coordinator and a health management professional. Joan is an expert in helping to find creative ways for patients to budget their optimal dental care into their lives. She manages the H.R. at Justa Farm Dental and takes great pride in helping patients to understand and utilize their insurance benefits to their maximum benefit. "I love that Justa Farm provides a nurturing environment that is devoted to patient care." Joan enjoys spending time with her husband, daughters, and their families, sharing family vacations and enjoying their individual achievements. Her hobbies are reading, knitting, and gardening.

Lynne, Accounts Receivable

Lynne has been in the dental field for 35 years and a valued member of the Justa Farm Dental team for 21 years. Lynne plays an influencial role in the finance department and is superb at communicating with the insurance companies in maximizing the patient's benefits. She is proud of her achievements at work in the accounts receivable department and enjoys being part of the team at Justa Farm Dental. "I love that when I get home, I know that I have accomplished a lot. I enjoy my co-workers, the doctors, and the camaraderie among the team." Lynne is married to her husband of 29 years and has two children. In her free time she loves socializing and being with friends.

Nancy, Receptionist
Nancy is a delightful receptionist with more than 20 years of experience greeting and processing patients with efficiency before and after their appointments. She joined Justa Farm Dental in May of 1999 and continues to be a valued member of the practice. Nancy is passionate about customer satisfaction and does what it takes with a smile to assist patients with insurance and scheduling to enhance the overall patient experience. She loves meeting new patients, knowing the existing patients and the extremely busy pace of the practice. Nancy is married with two daughters, three step-daughters, and nine grandchildren. She spends her free time boating at the Jersey shore with her husband, reading, and watching the grandchildren.

Maryjane, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, Patient Care Coordinator
Maryjane has been a part of the Justa Farm Dental team for twenty years and received her E.F.D.A. degree eight years ago.  Maryjane achieved her Associates Degree in Science from Manor College where she was awarded the Excellence and Distinguished Service Award.  Maryjane also serves as a member of the Dental Auxiliary Board for Manor College.  "I love being a part of a team of dental professionals who care greatly about their patients and strive to provide the highest quality of dental care for them.  I also take pride in my ability to address any concerns a patient may have regarding their dental treatment".

Robin, Dental Hygienist
Robin has been a dental hygienist for the past 20 years, five years at Justa Farm Dental. She achieved her associates degree from the Community College of Philadelphia. She enjoys being part of the team and motivating and educating patients to achieve excellent oral hygiene. She feels good about the honesty of the doctors in providing optimal care of their patients. "It makes me feel good when people are happy with thier smile and I am a part of that. I have been doing dental hygiene for a long time and love coming to work in a nice, friendly environment. The doctors are honest with their patients and we work as a team. The patients are happy." Robin spends her free time with her husband and two children. Reading and going to the beach are two of her hobbies.

Kristen, Dental Hygienist
Kristen has been on the Justa Farm Dental Team as a dental hygienist for ten years. She was awarded the Clark J. Hollister Award for outstanding patient education while in dental hygiene school at Montgomery Community College. Kristen enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and is an avid reader. She loves her patients and treats them all like family. She prides herself in creating a relaxed atmosphere for her patients and loves to encourage them to achieve optimal dental health. Kristen embraces the technology at Justa Farm Dental and uses it to provide the best education and care for her patients. Kristen's motto is "there is no 'I' in team." "I love the staff, they are like family. I also love the technology and I love when patients feel great about their smile. I also love when patients who were dental phobic come in relaxed and excited because of our teams care."

Dianne, Dental Hygienist
Dianne has been a hygienist for 12 years.  She received her associates degree from Manor College.  Dianne prides herself with keeping her patients comfortable throughout their appointment.  She enjoys being part of a large team and working with the latest technology.  Dianne is married, has a beautiful daughter named Dana and is an avid reader.

Dana, Dental Hygienist

Dana, a dental hygienist for eleven years prides herself on relating to the patients on a personal level while educating them to achieve the best oral health care possible.  Dana achieved her Associates Degree from Manor College.  In an ideal setting with the latest technology Dana thrives on making her patients feel comfortable and relaxed.  She says that “Justa Farm is a total package; some practices have updated equipment but less than perfect dentistry or others are strong in one area but lacking in another.  Justa Farm Dental is the total package-meaning everything from record keeping to sterilization to dentistry and customer service is top notch.  I take pride in that.”  Dana is married to her husband of eleven years and has two children who keep her very busy.

Melissa, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Melissa has been with Justa Farm Dental for 17 years as an EFDA (expanded functions dental assistant). Melissa achieved her associates in science degree from Manor College where she received an award in clinical proficiency. She prides herself in clinical excellence and being able to balance her time between her profession and family. "Our practice is a family, starting with the team. Our primary goal is our patients' comfort and happiness. Our office has always had the latest updated equipment and materials to offer our patients the best care possible. I love the joy and pride we feel in restoring our patients smile." Melissa is married and is a mother of four children who keep her extremely busy.

Krissy, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Krissy has been in the dental field for nine years, seven of which she has been a member of the team at Justa Farm Dental. She achieved her EFDA degree from Manor College. Krissy loves working with the latest technology at the office and gets great personal rewards in helping to restore a patient's smile. "What I love about being an EFDA is that I understand the wants and concerns from our patients and try to make them feel comfortable--I love working with my hands and this is a hands-on job! Seeing the patient's happiness is priceless." Krissy spends her free time playing softball (played for the International USA Team in 2009), loves the outdoors, kayaking, jet skis, snowboarding, and charity walks for cancer.

Gretchen, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
